We are people in Michigan’s Copper Country interested in living a whole food, plant based lifestyle. Our gatherings are open to anyone wishing to learn about or who needs support in the practice of whole food plant-based eating. We get together to share our experiences, knowledge, challenges, and solutions in living, cooking, and being in the world as it is today.

We recognize that there are many benefits to personal health, to our environment and to our society in switching to a whole food, plant-based diet. This switch is radical because it is so different from the culture we have lived in our whole lives – so different from the pervasive Standard American Diet (SAD). We have come to realize that this change often requires self-education and we can benefit from others who have walked the path before. We have found that a small group supporting casual conversation about how to make this dietary shift can be very beneficial, fun, and exciting.
